Turn the conference into a behavioural intervention.
We designed an immersive problem-solving scenario introducing relevant challenges and opportunities. Participants primed themselves with a NASA case study on the real-time evolution of collaborative leadership. Then prototyped a mission on Mars. Leaders interacted with a virtual mission control and other teams responsible for developing different parts of the overall system. Getting to the chance to build real physical prototypes to test and enhance.
Results
An event that shifted habits.
Leaders were extremely positive about their experience and learnings. The approach has now changed the way the agency delivers leadership capability events.
Credits
A close collaboration between That Works scenario content, design and facilitation teams. The project blended storytelling and the principles of behavioural change, shaping every detail from early concepts to event execution.
