Before we begin our services, we partner with you to agree a description of our services, defined deliverables, explicit exclusions, and any expectations or responsibilities that are best held by you.
2. Project Terms
We believe that successful projects require a signed agreement upfront, with clearly defined deliverables. Any changes to scope (which are bound to happen in great agile projects that respond to your actual needs) require written approval to keep things tidy and transparent in the long run.
3. Intellectual Property
That Works retain ownership of any pre-existing IP and know-how. Our clients retain rights to use our deliverables internally for the purposes of the defined project and to ensure long term success of project outcomes.
4. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
That Works protects sensitive organisational, personal, sensitive and strategic information. Privacy is central to decision-grade evidence we develop. Our clients and their people trust us to look after their personal information and only use the information for agreed purposes. Protecting and respecting personal information and privacy is guided by the Privacy Act and That Works guiding principles.
