Employees were invited to explore a curated series of alternative workplace settings, including: Focus and quiet work zones, collaborative team areas, hybrid meeting settings, agile project areas, individual workstations, ergonomic furniture solutions.

Better design decisions.
The Experience Lab directly shaped future workplace decisions, increased employee engagement with transformation process, and provided stronger alignment between workplace design and employee needs.
